Here is the calendar for the spring 2010 soccer season:
FOR THE U10 - U14 TRAVEL DIVISIONS: The season begins Saturday, April 3, and runs through June 5, with games every Saturday. Playoffs begin June 12th. Practice dates and tiimes are determined by your coach.
FOR ALL IN-TOWN DIVISIONS (KICKERS, JUNIORS AND SENIORS): The season begins on Saturday, April 10 and runs through June 5th. In-town teams will play on each Saturday of April vacation, but will not play on Memorial Day weekend. Practice dates and times are determined by your coach.
All players and coaches will receive their game schedules, field maps, rosters and welcome back letter by E-MAIL during the week of March 22nd. Also, all updated schedules, maps and division guidelines will be available on our website by March 24th.

Hingham Youth Soccer is looking for parents to support the program as referees. Our goal is to have an adult referee at each playing field. This position is open to anyone who is willing to attend the required classes and who is able to actively work a game. This position is a paid position. If you wish to become a referee, please go to this link - http://www.massref.net/ to bring you to the Massachusetts Referee Committee Website. From there you would follow instructions to search for the appropriate referee course based on grade level by clicking on the "Become a Referee" tab on the left side. Also, you will find dates and locations of these courses.
GRADE 9 REFEREE COURSE - FOR REFEREES 12 YEARS OF AGE AND UP
GRADE 8 REFEREE COURSE - 16 YEARS OF AGE AND UP, OR 14 YEARS WITH ONE OR MORE YEARS EXPERIENCE.
This course is designed for the majority of referees. Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age. However, a 14 or 15 year old referee who has refereed for one or more years may become a Grade 8 Referee. If your age plus the years of service as a referee equals 16, you may become a Grade 8 referee by taking the GRADE 8 BRIDGE COURSE.
